Despite the adversity faced during that period, it stands as one of our most triumphant endeavors. We adeptly showcased our proficiency, achieving unprecedented success within remarkably short timeframes, notwithstanding the myriad challenges encountered. Our milestone achievement culminated in the establishment of a fully integrated laboratory, centered on the principles of automation. This facility facilitated seamless processing, from sample receipt via COVID tubes to the generation of comprehensive reports.

Our automation-centric approach involved the deployment of state-of-the-art benchtop extraction machines and extensive liquid handling instruments. These technologies enabled the processing of an average of 2400 samples per shift/run, with operations spanning two, and at times, three shifts per day. The laboratory workflow was meticulously structured, with the initial stages of swab analysis and sample extraction conducted within a dedicated pre-PCR room, followed by the subsequent assay analysis in the post-PCR room

Our commitment encompasses regular site visits, structured maintenance protocols, and rigorous validation testing.
